As the founder of Activate Your Vitality and creator of Sacred Atmospheres, Michele weaves together breathwork, meditative presence, and harmonic design to help others reclaim their inner peace, restore nervous system balance, and awaken their original divine blueprint.

With over two decades in the healing arts, she guides heart-led professionals, visionary women, and creative leaders to dissolve inherited density, stabilize their energy field, and return to embodied clarity. Her work gently unwinds trauma from the body while building a bridge to purpose, beauty, and belonging.

A certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and graduate of the Feminine Frequency Business School, Michele also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Writing. Her journey once led her to co-create custom log homes in the Colorado Rockies—where sacred space took form in timber, stone, and intention.
